Nature of the Service

This private reference site does not store official jail, court, release, or corrections records. It cannot confirm custody, release a person, post bond, or file a government document. Its pages identify Madison County public offices, Idaho correctional resources, and independent research tools that may help a visitor locate the proper source.

Acceptable Use Rules

By using the site, a visitor agrees not to:

• violate any applicable law;
• stalk, harass, threaten, or harm another person;
• base employment, housing, lending, insurance, or another regulated decision on site content;
• seek access to systems or data without authorization;
• operate bots, scrapers, or other automated collection tools; or

No Consumer Reports

Madison County Released Inmates is not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act. It supplies no background check, credit report, or consumer report. Its advertising and search partners do not provide screening services through this site. Users agree not to use information obtained here for:

• hiring, retention, promotion, or termination decisions;
• tenant selection or other housing decisions;
• creditworthiness or insurance pricing;
• license, permit, or government-benefit eligibility; or
• any other purpose regulated by the FCRA.

Links can lead to Madison County release records, sheriff and corrections sites, courts, legal-aid resources, federal locators, and independent search services. A link is not an endorsement. This site does not control a destination’s content, uptime, security, pricing, or data practices. Visitors should read the destination’s own terms and privacy policy.

Access may be restricted, suspended, or terminated at any time, with or without notice, including when use threatens the service, violates these terms, or harms another person.

Idaho Governing Law

Idaho law governs these terms without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute must be brought in a court with proper jurisdiction in Idaho.

Severability

If a court finds one provision invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect. The affected provision will be adjusted only as much as needed to make it enforceable.
